Manages the company’s Financing/Leasing program of IT products and solutions to our Government customers. Created and implemented a streamlined process to guarantee that deals are vetted accordingly and efficiently.• Partner with the vendors, resellers, and sales teams to understand customer’s financing needs. Recommend the best financing solution to our customers. Establish terms and conditions for financing deals ranging from $50K to upwards of $20M while ensuring compliance with federal and state procurement guidelines. Liaise with our Financing Partners to obtain the best rates for our customers.• Review and analyze lease agreements, such as Master Purchase Agreements, Installment Payment Agreements, and Purchase Order Financing Agreements. Confirm that the terms and conditions on those agreements include Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses that protects our company’s interest. • Developed an Excel based tracking system to capture all the financial and administrative data of each deal. Utilize the system for financial reporting, contract renewals, ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the CEO and customers.• Perform back end operations for all finance/lease deals. Process both vendor and customer invoices in a timely manner. Reconcile monthly customer statements. Review all order/renewal documentations before being processed in the system.• Work directly with the founder and CEO to approve the deals being submitted for financing/leasing. Create communications and presentations for the CEO regarding the program.• Supervise the Rebate Specialist and the rebate process. Ensure that commissions, which averages about $2M a month, are paid to our resellers promptly while adhering to internal policies. • Manages the company’s Corporate Purchasing team. Perform cost analysis on expenses to ensure best savings for company. Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
