Design, develop, and deliver corporate and adult education software training courses. Implement ADDIE designs. Focus on learning objectives to conducting an ongoing evaluation and redesign cycle. Assemble, train, and manage a training teach for a national software training roll-out. Write training guides, handouts, and training scenarios. Certified as a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer. Completed ACUE’s micro-credential of Promoting Engaged and Active Online Learning. Subject area expert - Common business software (MS Office and G-Suite, video conferencing, project management, presentation & social media marketing tools, WordPress), information retrieval, information organization, database model design, SQL, service learning, knowledge retention, and distance learning methodology. Leadership - Conduct strategic planning initiatives. Provide direction to departments during turbulent times (reorganization and succession challenges).
