Assist with event site setup and breakdown while following up with event reports detailing success and next step strategies. Remain onsite to supervise all operations and to assist with any issues that arise and take corrective actions. Design and develop special projects with other internal Mattel brands for cross promotion opportunities. Organize and manage budgets to produce new assets to bring events to the next level.
