   Performed data collection on information in Workday, extracting, analyzing, and organizing data into reports that were shared with senior leadership to convey actionable insights regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) figures in various markets compared with local populations and trends.• Championed the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies regarding the stand-up and running of employee resource groups (ERGs), creating a comprehensive guideline book that enabled the efficient formulation of future ERGs.• Played a critical role in the launching of the African American employee resource group (ERG) by building a SharePoint site and selecting candidates to serve as members of the leadership team.• Coordinated with Red Cross to organize a national blood drive that ultimately gained buy-in and participation from Leadership as well as hosted an on-site blood drive for the primary company office.
