Mentors for Berks Youth pairs students in 8th - 12th grade, displaying talent and aspirations for success, with accomplished, dedicate adults. Through the M4BY organization, the protégé/mentor relationships are created and the pair participates in organized group activities in addition to one-to-one mentoring. There are many students in Berks County showing great potential for success, our program helps them reach their full potential. We are only limited but the number of mentors that are willing to give of their time and talents to help our students.
