I\'m pretty fortunate - I was brought into MongoDB a year before our IPO and have been given the opportunity to join & help grow a global AR & collections team. We have huge goals and we have fun meeting (and surprassing!) them. My career highlights have been training & helping to develop a team of collectors in Gurgaon, India & a bi-lingual LATAM collector, as well as bringing over a co-worker from my Yodle days to join me on this team.
