I’m an experienced education professional with a strong background in higher education, PK-12 school counseling, and college access. My career has focused on building meaningful partnerships between schools, families, and community organizations to ensure all students—especially first-generation, low-income, and historically underserved—have the tools and support they need to succeed. Currently, I serve as Director of College Access at Bristol Community College, where I lead Early College and Dual Enrollment programs across multiple districts. My experience spans strategic program development, grant oversight, student advising, and data-informed decision-making. I’ve also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels, helping prepare the next generation of counselors and educators. With a passion for equity, innovation, and practical solutions, I thrive in roles that require collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to student success.
