About Christine R. Sala

I’m dedicated to empowering others through learning and development, drawing upon my extensive experience across Program Delivery, Learning Experience Design (LXD), and Learning Enablement. Throughout my career, I’ve created meaningful learning experiences, from intimate 12-person virtual sessions to large-scale, in-person leadership programs. What sets me apart are three core strengths: Learner-Centric: I focus on creating engaging, impactful learning experiences tailored to the audience. From new hires to seasoned leaders, I ensure the content resonates and empowers learners. Strategic Thinker: I approach challenges with a long-term, big-picture mindset. Whether it\'s redesigning curriculums or driving process improvements, I always seek ways to enhance organizational effectiveness and learner engagement. Servant Leadership: My leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. I create inclusive, supportive environments where teams and individuals can thrive. My path into Learning & Development is grounded in a diverse professional background. Retail management taught me the value of strong operations, team leadership, and customer service—skills I now apply to managing successful training programs. As a Customer Service Coordinator at Bosch Rexroth, I fine-tuned my crisis management and account handling abilities, building a foundation for effective cross-functional collaboration in L&D. During my time at Einstein Bros Bagels 🥯, I supported training rollouts for 161 store managers across 58 new locations, gaining experience in balancing resources, budgets, and deadlines. Later, at Accenture, my role as an Executive Assistant to two Global Managing Directors equipped me with critical project management and event coordination skills, preparing me for my transition into Learning & Development. On a personal note. I’ve been fortunate to travel solo to 21 countries, which has deepened my ability to adapt to new environments and communicate across cultures. 🧠 I’m a dedicated mental health advocate, working to create supportive spaces in all aspects of my life and career. I’m also committed to supporting causes close to my heart, such as ALS, in honor of my father. My Spark type is \"Performer\", so it makes perfect sense that I am the lead female vocalist in a rock cover band. I look forward to connecting and exploring ways to create transformative learning experiences together!
