   I support 8 market leaders 1 zone vice president 2 region directors. As a Field HR BP, my main job is supporting store teams and making sure HR policies are followed. I handle a few key things:First, if there are any employee concerns or complaints, I look into them carefully and make sure investigations are fair and kept confidential. I also manage cases reported through the Integrity Helpline or similar channels, making sure everything is followed up properly. I give advice to managers and staff on HR policies, conflicts, or disciplinary issues.I also help with hiring new team members and making sure they get the right training. I look for areas where employees can improve and support their development. Part of my role is assisting managers with performance reviews and coaching employees when needed. I help address any performance issues in a fair way.I make sure our store operations meet legal and company standards by keeping policies up-to-date and ensuring they’re followed. I stay informed about employment laws to help with that.I support staffing plans by helping managers with scheduling and making sure we’re managing labor costs effectively.Creating a positive work environment is important to me, so I promote a respectful, friendly culture and support initiatives that boost morale and retention.I also track HR data like turnover, absences, and investigation outcomes to see where we can improve and to help make better decisions.Finally, I work closely with other teams like operations, training, legal, and compliance to make sure everything runs smoothly and store goals are met.When it comes to investigations and Helpline cases, I respond quickly to reports of misconduct, conduct interviews, gather facts, and document everything carefully. I make recommendations for actions or discipline if needed, and I always handle investigations with honesty and confidentiality. I follow up afterwards to make sure issues get resolved and don’t happen again
