I’ve always been someone people feel comfortable talking to. I know I don\'t have all the answers and I don\'t need to be right. I listen in a way that helps people feel understood, sometimes for the first time in a long time. That’s shaped the work I’ve done throughout my career. In the past several years, I’ve led hundreds of one on one coaching and peer-led conversations as a facilitator creating consistent opportunities for people to speak honestly, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others. I welcome real conversations about real life, and I hold them with care, steadiness, and respect for each person in the room. Alongside that work, I’ve supported the growth and experience of a member-based community—facilitating weekly sessions, writing and sending nurture emails, tracking feedback, leading team meetings, and staying closely connected to what people actually need. I take pride in following through and helping things move forward in a thoughtful, organized way. Earlier in my career, I spent over 15 years in account management and sales, where I learned how to build strong, lasting relationships with clients. That experience still shapes how I show up today. I understand how to balance empathy with responsibility, and connection with results. What matters most to me is simple: People want to feel seen, heard, and respected. When they do, everything changes such as engagement, trust, and the ability to move forward. I’m especially drawn to organizations that understand this and are intentional about how they build with their teams, their clients, and their communities.
