Currently work as Program Manager for the Jesus House in Oklahoma City. We work to serve those in need by providing residential substance use treatment in a Christ-centered, 12-step program. Worked as Drug Overdose Prevention Specialist in the Injury Prevention Service of the Oklahoma State Department of Health. I also do consulting work related to Higher Education, Patient Advocacy, and/or Public Health Education & Promotion. I am also a Board Certified Patient Advocate and serve as a consultant to the Patient Advocate Certification Board. Helping patients and their families learn how to advocate for themselves and their loved ones is especially important in the complicated and ever-changing world of health care.
