Christine is the Director of Income Generation at Career Ready, having joined the organisation in August 2025. She is an experienced fundraising leader, passionate about empowering teams to succeed and work collaboratively to drive sustainable growth.Prior to joining Career Ready, Christine was Director of Fundraising at the British Asian Trust, where she focused delievering fundraising growth, including a range of special events and dynamic campaigns.She previously served as Director of Income Generation at Terrence Higgins Trust, leading a multi-disciplinary team of 25 to achieve year-on-year growth — including delivering the most successful World AIDS Day fundraising campaign since the pandemic and redefining the organisation’s philanthropic programme.Across her career she helped secure major gifts and partnerships from funders such as Comic Relief, Sport England, the National Lottery Community Fund, and the London Stock Exchange Group Foundation.Previously, Christine was Head of Philanthropy, Trusts, and Legacies at Leonard Cheshire, where she led teams to secure large-scale strategic partnerships across UK and international programmes. She holds a BA in Anthropology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and an MA in Anthropology and Cultural Politics from Goldsmiths, University of London.
