About Christine Mikulski
I’ve always been a problem solver. Early in my career, that instinct showed up as a deep drive to expand access to opportunity - especially for students navigating systems that weren’t built for them. I earned my MPP at Georgetown with a focus on improving higher-ed access and outcomes, then spent years in K-12 and higher education partnerships building tools, programs, and pathways that helped underserved students get to and through college.Over time, that same problem-solving mindset naturally pulled me toward operations in tech - because at its core, operations is about making things work better for people. Whether it’s a student, a clinician, or a customer service team member, I’m motivated by removing friction, creating clarity, and building systems that help people succeed.Across edtech, health tech, and now climate tech, I’ve spent the past decade leading large-scale operations and enablement functions that strengthen performance, improve customer outcomes, and create the foundation for organizations to scale. I specialize in turning complexity into clarity: aligning strategy with execution, designing data- and AI-informed programs, and empowering teams with the tools and training they need to excel.Today, I bring that cross-sector experience to two spaces I care deeply about: advising early-stage founders and leading operations enablement teams across tech sectors. At every stage of my career, the throughline has been the same: solve meaningful problems, build systems that help people thrive, and leave teams stronger and more capable than I found them.
