ABOUT CHRISTINE MIKHAIL
I’m an Organizational Psychologist, global transformation consultant, and founder of Mikhail Consulting Group, where our mission has stayed constant since the beginning:**Building Change Resilient Populations, One Person at a Time.**I launched my firm in 2020 guiding organizations across biotech, sports, retail, technology, philanthropy, and aerospace through complex change. My work spans global transformation architecture, talent strategy, workplace experience design, and executive coaching rooted in behavioral science.Clients partner with me when the stakes are high and the culture must evolve without breaking. I’ve led transformation initiatives for Amgen, including GenAI integration, supported the Tampa Bay Rays in defining workplace strategy, and partnered with foundations such as Annenberg and Doris Duke to build impactful people-centric RTO.As an educator and speaker, I’ve taught Talent Development at the masters level and speak nationally on topics like Leveraging AI for the Future of IO Psychology, the evolving employee lifecycle, and the psychology of organizational change. My thought leadership blends science, strategy, and a grounded understanding of how humans actually experience work.My philosophy is simple:Organizations don’t change—people do.And when you empower people with clarity, autonomy, and meaningful development, transformation becomes not just possible but sustainable. If you’re navigating change—or preparing for it—I’d love to connect.
