   Blue Carbon Plus (BC+) is a new global initiative protecting coastal blue carbon ecosystems while promoting economic growth through scaleable business models. The program is co-led by The Nature Conservancy and Conservation International. My responsibilities include engaging key stakeholders, co-managing a $30 million program budget, and overseeing TNC\'s BC+ team. Additionally, I am in charge of developing and implementing the long-term strategy for blue carbon-positive businesses in partnership with CI. By collaborating with both internal and external partners, we strive to create economically viable solutions that benefit the climate, nature, and communities.
