I’ve always been driven by a deep belief in the power of strong communities, and that belief has shaped my career from city hall to construction sites. Today, I’m part of the Project Development team at Consigli Construction, where I focus on building meaningful partnerships and delivering impactful K–12 and higher education projects across the public and academic sectors.Before joining Consigli, I spent nearly a decade in municipal government, most recently as Assistant City Manager and Director of Planning & Development for the City of Lowell. Those years taught me how to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground problem-solving. Whether navigating complex budgets, crafting economic development plans, or finding creative ways to support community growth, I learned how to get things done in dynamic, collaborative environments.I bring a blend of public-sector insight, planning credentials, and a passion for partnership to every project.
