Christine is currently a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s ServiceNow practice, focusing on client delivery, improving delivery excellence for the ServiceNow federal practice and championing creation of innovative ServiceNow utility accelerators to provide faster value to our clients. Prior to Deloitte, Christine worked as an architect and in key PMO roles on many ServiceNow digital transformation initiatives, providing innovative design, strategic thought leadership, managing multiple work streams, defining OCM (Organizational Change Management) approach, and driving successful adoption of improved process / technology implementations for clients in both the private and public sectors. In addition to her 5 ServiceNow mainline certifications, Christine also possesses an Enterprise Architect TOGAF 9 certification, a PMP (Project Management Professional) and an ITIL foundations certification.
