Working as a part time assistant, I am assigned many responsibilities and duties of a relief pharmacist and a technician combined.• I, under the pharmacist’s supervision, am handling blister packs preparations and their punctual delivery to our patients.• Dealing with fill-ware system, I am gaining numerous experiences regarding filling, refilling, billing and all digital duties.• Facing some technical issues, I was able to contact fill-ware service and solve the issues which made me aware of various deep and technical details about the system and drug handling on it, ensuring fast and accurate drug delivery and patient satisfaction.• Also, under the pharmacist’s supervision, Patient counselling has been fortunately one of my main duties, as patient interaction is what I am fond of the most about my job.
