As a senior executive and CHRO in large and small global companies, I’ve collaborated with leadership teams and boards of directors to prioritize business challenges, create high-performance cultures, re-engineer staffing, talent development and compensation/benefits programs, identify, hire and retain leaders at all levels and guide successful M&A transactions. As a life-long learner committed to my community, I encourage organizations and individuals to accomplish the improbable in a way that inspires pride and confidence and builds capability. I’m honored to serve on non-profit boards and mentor first-generation college-bound youth to help them launch meaningful careers. And when I’m not helping organizations and people achieve their true North, you’ll find me nurturing one of my horses, tending my bees and gardens or planning a long hike.
