About Christine Lizzul Rinne
Skilled and resourceful engineer with hands-on experience in materials science, electrochemistry, microelectronics, and wafer-level semiconductor interconnect technology.Adept at conducting initial research and improving existing processes, providing data analysis and developing optimal solutions for engineering processes. Excellent problem-solving skills including ability to disaggregate complex problems, identify root-causes, and provide solutions (5 why, 8D, ishikawa diagrams (fishbone)). Extensive experience with semiconductor-packaging fabrication processes (wafer-level/flip-chip packaging) and additive manufacturing. Knowledgeable in wire-bonding, solder-bumping and SMT. Knowledgeable with integration challenges arising between fabrication processes. Knowledgeable in SPC, statistical analysis software (jmp), qualification procedures, dealing with OSAT/CM, failure analysis, creating quality documentation, management of change, bringing up new tools, processes and procedures, working with vendors and tracking programs/projects. Extensive experience with CVS, SEM/EDS. XRF, ICP, and TOC analysis. Lived in Asia for several years and family immigrated from Europe, therefore comfortable working internationally. Passionate about discovering new technologies and processes as well as troubleshooting issues to improve existing processes and procedures. Developed semiconductor interconnect electrodeposition processes that was used the electronic packaging processes for billions cellphones as well as tablets and gaming devices all over the world.
