I have worked my way from a Customer Service Representative managing basic office needs, data entry and applicant flow into a formidable recruiter that delivers results that add to the bottom line. My niche is light industrial labor, semi-skilled and administrative/clerical positions. My positive relationships with clients is based upon the speed and accuracy of providing exceptional candidates for their open positions. I do this in a variety of ways from creative web positing, networking, social media sharing and ongoing communication with clients directly. My continued success stems from my personal determination and results orientation. I am currently the highest gross revenue producing recruiter in the company. I have been a direct contributor for in growth in the Manitowoc branch and continue to deliver revenue and top client relationships that fortify future client growth while retaining current clients. I currently manage the majority of client needs for the branch and support our assignment employees needs as an ongoing expectation daily.
