Brings thoughtful, collaborative leadership in conjunction with fellow board members and executive management to execute decisions that provide value to shareholders and descendants of Alaska Natives in the Kodiak Archipelago. Subject matter expertise includes Alaska and Alaska Native businesses, government affairs, and the federal contracting industry. Provides operational and fiduciary oversight to Koniag’s executive management team to pursue and execute long-term, sustainable growth opportunities in diverse markets. Brings a deep respect for our land, water, and cultural heritage, with a strong focus on providing benefits to elders, descendants, employees, and a diverse Shareholder base. Serves on the Audit Committee, Nominations Committee and Shareholder Benefits & Relations Committee.
