A quick note about me personally… I have over 20 years’ leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry specializing in Process Improvement, Customer Service, Sales Operations Management and Team Development. I have over 13 years’ experience as a coach and then trainer in the transformational training arena. I have also done a lot of nonprofit work over the past couple decades. I left my corporate job in 2019 and declared that the rest of my life gets to be about making a difference. My vision is that people get that they matter and have the power to create the life (and business) of their dreams. I am committed that in my listening people are left empowered and knowing they are capable of so much more than they ever believed possible. In 2018 I trained as an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach and Transformational Trainer. I have helped a couple hundred people since then. I love to see other people thrive and am truly honored when I get to be a part of that.
