In my current role, I provide dedicated legal support to the Iron Mountain Public Sector business unit as the company’s Public Sector Contracts and Compliance attorney. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the contract lifecycle from negotiations to compliance matters, including the development and maintenance of an effective government compliance program for both state and local regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Acquisition Regulations (the FAR and DFARs). Additionally I support and advise the business regarding compliant government contracting, to include training of pertinent internal stakeholders as to complexities of Public Sector contracting, conducting periodic compliance audits, performing periodic internal reviews, developing and implementing policies and procedures surrounding Public Sector contracting.
