As a 6th-generation Phoenician with over a decade of commercial real estate experience, I bring a deep understanding of the local market and a results-driven approach to helping clients achieve their leasing and investment goals.Since joining WRA in 2021, I have worked closely with internal brokerage teams to develop and execute strategic leasing plans, support tenant and landlord representation projects, and manage all aspects of retail leasing, including marketing, site tours, letters of intent, market studies, and rent surveys. I leverage industry tools such as CoStar, Sites USA, Vizzda, and Realcore to provide accurate market insights and streamline transaction processes.Before joining WRA, I managed leasing for eight shopping centers totaling over 2 million square feet across Denver and Las Vegas while also overseeing lease renewals for the Mountain and West regions at Weingarten Realty. This experience strengthened my expertise in tenant representation, landlord strategy, and complex portfolio management.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University, maintain active real estate licenses in Arizona and California, and am a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).Outside of work, I enjoy life in Phoenix with my husband, our three boys, and two mastiffs.
