She leads contract start-ups globally and collaborates on international expansion activities for the Global Services Group. She continues oversight of the company’s MAXKnowledge internal web portal supporting 83+ US contracts.Global Services Group & Office of the President (10/2014–12/2017): Ms. Hawkins led contract transitions in the US/UK/Saudi Arabia/Singapore, and supported international expansion activities for the Global Services Group (6 total including the set-up of a Company subsidiary in SE Asia). She supported the Office of the MAXIMUS President through internal communication, operational analysis, standardization of operations and internal audit activities. She continued oversight of the company’s MAXKnowledge internal web portal supporting 75 US contracts.Human Services Segment (10/2011–9/2014): Ms. Hawkins had oversight of contract operations/transitions for the following US/Saudi Arabia projects: Centralized Services Manager (Quality Assurance/Training/HR) for the Saudi Arabia Taqat Employment Services contract transition into Year 3 (2014); Corporate Officer-in-Charge of the WI Works Central Region contract valued at $132M over 5 years (2013 – 2014); Acting Project Director for the WI Works Central Region contract transition from cost reimbursement to a performance-based contract (2013); Start-up Manager for the MO Statewide Mail/Document Imaging & Management Child Support Program (2012); Transition Operations Manager for the acquisition of Policy Studies, Inc.(2012).
