As an experienced, full service REO broker-owner, I have serviced the South Florida area since 2004. My previous experience as COO of a large real estate law firm specializing in creditor foreclosures gave me extraordinary insight into the REO industry. Additionally, my 15 year legal experience provided me with an expansive understanding of real estate laws and title, designating me as an efficient problem solver enabling rapid closings. Coordinating daily with the banks in this environment has sharpened my communication skills to be succinct and direct in this fast paced world. I am sensitive to the lenders goals of pricing property correctly the first time, minimizing the lender’s expenses, moving the inventory quickly and closing on time. I have an excellent track record with Bank of America, Atlas REO, JP Morgan Chase, SPS, Fannie Mae, Nationstar, SLS Specialized Asset Management, Old Republic Default and more. South Florida Home Sales is staffed with a qualified team to manage all aspects of short sales and REO’s including marketing, evictions, negotiating, cash for keys, code enforcement issues and hearings. All CMA’s and BPO’s are handled in-house. I have my GRI and CDPE certifications and I\'m a Trustee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor Charitable Foundation.
