I lead the Risk, Assurance & Compliance function for the Americas, with responsibility across compliance, risk, privacy, and information security, and global engagement on key business priorities. As a Chief Compliance Officer in MedTech, I have played a key role in building, evolving, and operationalizing compliance, enterprise risk, privacy, and information security programs in highly regulated environments. My experience includes guiding organizations through Corporate Integrity Agreements and Deferred Prosecution Agreements, and helping establish sustainable, scalable compliance frameworks under regulatory scrutiny. Today, I serve as Vice President, Risk, Assurance & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas, and as global RAC Business Partner to the Surgical & Interventional Solutions Division. In this role, I partner with executive leadership to align risk and compliance strategy with business priorities, coordinate complex multi-regional matters, and drive consistent, enterprise-level decision-making across global and regional teams. I am passionate about building programs that do more than meet requirements—they enable the business. That includes strengthening speak-up cultures, embedding compliance into decision-making, and helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. My background as a prosecutor shaped my approach to compliance leadership, with a focus on investigations, sound judgment, and accountability. I also served as an independent director for a publicly traded financial institution, providing oversight of risk, governance, and compliance at the board level.
