I provide coaching support to direct service organizations and public agencies across the U.S. that are grantees of the Listen4Good program. During the grant period, grantees learn about and implement a five-step feedback loop through which they solicit feedback on their services from clients and then make service design and organizational changes based on the feedback. My support includes assistance with survey design, data analysis in SurveyMonkey, listening to and communicating with staff and clients throughout the process, and organizational change.
