I have the pleasure of serving my community in Northern Virginia through my work and ownership of Griswold Home Care in Northern Virginia. As the leader in non-medical home care, Griswold Home Care understands the challenges in life transitions that our clients and families are going through when considering home care. We help to ease this process by being a community resource and by referring highly experienced and screened caregivers that provide senior care, personal care, homemaking and companionship. Everything we do is guided by our Golden Rule: We only refer caregivers that we would bring into our own home. We are diligent about putting the caregivers through an extensive screening process. Only 1 in 20 applicants qualify for our registry due to our rigorous assessment. We run background checks, validate certifications, interview references and pass the caregivers through a behavioral screening. From day one it has been Griswold Home Care’s mission to provide the highest quality care at affordable prices and afford caregivers highly competitive rates of compensation. Our passion for clients and caregivers is what sets us apart from other in-home care companies.We only refer certified caregivers who are compassionate, patient and treat their clients with the dignity and respect they deserve. They meet their clients at the place they are and help them hold on to their independency. We take great honor in being able to take care of you and your loved ones.
