Our funding primarily derives from a state-wide uniform tax code mandating a 5% tax on all stays lasting less than 30 consecutive days.At Visit Wabash County, our mission is to position and market the county with a focus on extending visitors\' stays, thereby fostering the economic prosperity of our communities. We\'ve identified nine distinct genres encapsulating the county\'s assets, including accommodations, event venues, arts and entertainment, historical sites, outdoor recreational opportunities, fitness facilities, parks and gardens, specialty shops, and culinary delights. Additionally, our Welcome Center and Gift Shop serve as on-site information hubs, enhancing visitors\' experiences and providing valuable resources.
