Communicate with Interior Designer during design phase and assist in selection of finishes and FF & E.Review and provide feedback on unit floor plans and finishes Research submarket\'s competitive properties to enable establishment of initial offered rental rates in conjunction with proforma rents.Collaborate with Regional Director to initiate operations on new development communities.Monitor leasing progress and rental rates during lease up process suggesting changes when necessary.Complete initial operating budget for all lease up communities.Monitor financial performance during lease up process working closely with Regional Director to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.Coordinate renovation projects on existing assets with Asset Manager, Construction/ GC team and Operations group.Collaborate with Interior Designer on desired finishes and review proposed FF & E in accordance to budgetary guidelines. Monitor renovation progress as communicated by GC and communicate with Asset Management and Operations teams.
