As the Executive Director of Tri-Valley Haven, a nonprofit organization that serves individuals effected by interpersonal violence and poverty, I work with the Board of Directors to develop and implement the strategic direction of the organization. I manage Tri-Valley Haven’s growth and development by providing leadership, employee supervision, data and program evaluation, grant oversight, donor engagement, and community collaboration.

I empower a diverse and capable management team to meet Tri-Valley Haven\'s mission of serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and homelessness and preventing ongoing violence and poverty in our community.
