To me, there is nothing as satisfying as seeing a person finally “get” what they’re trying to learn. They may understand the end goal but not how to get there. That’s where I come in as a learning designer, team manager, and trainer. This is not just a job to me; it is my passion to empower people to grow to their greatest potential. With 17 years of experience in learning and development, program management, training, and instructional design, I create, implement, and evaluate learning opportunities that align with business goals while meeting learner needs. At the end of the day, I’m thrilled if people can absorb and apply what they’ve learned - and hopefully- love what they’re learning, too. My strengths include. I have created and led training for all kinds of learning solutions, from in-line technical copy limited to 20 characters to full day instructor-led training courses. The results speak for themselves in employees who retain knowledge 3 months later and businesses that hit their goals. I built an entire leadership course library for an audience of over I increased class attendance by 21% and customer satisfaction score by 22%. Salesforce is complicated, especially when there are sellers who need to use it often and quickly to do their jobs. I designed technical enablement for 25 successful Salesforce updates so sellers could identify changes and get back to doing what they do best - sell. Whether I managed learning specialists or was a project owner as an individual contributor, I developed relationships with key stakeholders and facilitated the communication needed to complete projects. I consider empathy, enthusiasm, and curiosity my three greatest strengths, and I use them every day when helping others grow.
