As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional currently pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, I bring a unique blend of experience from the entertainment industry and a passion for storytelling, collaboration, and art. My career journey has taken me from production management roles at major studios like Sony Pictures Animation, DreamWorks, and Warner Bros. Animation, to script and film analysis for prestigious institutions such as the Sundance Institute.In my recent role as an Associate Production Manager at Sony Pictures Animation, I supervised visual development artists and managed the master delivery schedule for “K-POP: Demon Hunters.” My ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external vendors has been a key asset in delivering high-quality projects on time.My extensive background in production management includes overseeing teams for animated features like “The Bad Guys” and “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” at DreamWorks, and managing projects featuring beloved characters such as Tom & Jerry and Scooby-Doo at Warner Bros. Animation. These roles have honed my skills in clear communication, creative problem-solving, and strategic planning.Beyond my professional experience, I am actively involved in volunteer work, including supporting the Prison Book Collective and (coming this December) the Friends of the Chapel Hill Library. I am looking for ways to volunteer to help my community and expand my experience. I am also passionate about animal welfare and have volunteered with Best Friends Animal Society and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set and passion for information science in a new role where I can contribute to the organization’s success and continue to grow professionally.
