SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONSWith over 13 years in medical school, with approximately eight years in medical school admissions experience and four years in PreHealth/PreMed advising, I have reviewed and evaluated hundreds of highly competitive applications, assessing academics, experiences, essays, and recommendations.These roles have taught me to provide a holistic review, provide a candidate summary, and make equitable admissions decisions. While working in premed advising, I support premedical applicants in strengthening personal statements, activities, and secondaries. As an advisor, I\'ve had difficult conversations with students about navigating the admissions process, conducted mock interviews, celebrated successes and consoled when the outcome was unexpected.

I also created a comprehensive four-year pathway guide for students and regularly present workshops for students, parents, and pre-health groups on topics such as application strategy, study skills, and planning for success.
