CoStar Group, Inc.(NASDAQ: CSGP) is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. As Chief U.S. Economist, I provide insights and analysis of national and regional macroeconomic conditions and how these might impact commercial real estate. Under my umbrella falls our team of National Directors of Analytics, which consists of specialists dedicated to their specific commercial property sector. This team of thought leaders offers valuable insights and analysis to CoStar clients and other industry participants in a wide range of written materials and public and private engagements. For a time in this role, I led CoStar’s Quantitative Analytics team. This team uses the vast amounts of data that CoStar collects to produce analytic series and forecasts that provide a clear view of commercial real estate performance and overall market conditions in all geographies we currently cover. Our team continually refines its processes, methods, and approaches to deliver state-of-the-art analytics to CoStar clients worldwide.
