As President & CEO of the Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF), I lead all aspects of nonprofit management to drive meaningful impact across Jefferson Parish. My work spans board development, strategic planning, fundraising, coalition building, marketing, website and communications management, and project execution.I advocate for Jefferson Parish organizations and businesses at the local, regional, and state levels, while forging collaborative partnerships that strengthen and uplift our community. JCF also serves as the fiscal sponsor of the Jefferson Ready Start Network and I oversee programming and grant making aligned with our six focus areas: education, health and wellness, neighborhood revitalization, race equity, senior initiatives, and transit. • Planning and managing the annual budget. Producing narrative and financial reports and evaluating program outcomes.• Writing and securing grants from federal, state, local, and private sources.• Leading the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, cultivation events, and fundraising initiatives.• Sustained relationships with local policymakers and elected parish, regional and state government officials. • Promoting the organization through diverse media channels including TV, radio, social media, direct mail, and collateral materials.At JCF, we are committed to advancing philanthropy, civic leadership, and innovative solutions that create a stronger, more equitable Jefferson Parish.

As the President & CEO of the Jefferson Community Foundation, I oversee all aspects of nonprofit administration, board development, project management, fundraising, communications and marketing, and strategic planning. With over 30 years of experience leading and growing organizations, my role involves expertise in securing major gifts, building coalitions, and advocating for equitable community improvement.My position focuses on collaboration and partnership with diverse stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, businesses, donors, grantees, and government officials, to address the needs and challenges of Jefferson Parish. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating workshops, summits, networking events, and fundraisers, as well as writing and submitting grant proposals to various funding sources. Oversight includes programming in key focus areas such as education, health, neighborhood revitalization, race equity, senior initiatives, and transit, alongside developing and managing the annual budget and reporting.
