ABOUT CHRISTINE BERNHARD

Christine Bernhard has 25 years success program managing and leading the value and delivery assurance as well as solution assurance of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), Warehousing, and Distribution Logistics business process transformations on schedule and in-full for multi-site manufacturing and distribution enterprises. Christine has extensive in-depth expertise and program leadership in managing, designing, and delivery assurance of SAP OTC solutions for engineer-to-order, configure-to-order, and made-to-stock inventory requirements. Her program leadership in delivering SAP commercial and logistics solutions is balanced by an overall delivery assurance expertise in supply chain integration solutions. Christine has decades of experience serving as the SAP program leader for end-to-end OTC, Warehousing, and Distribution Logistics SAP solutions. Christine also has extensive delivery assurance experience deploying the SAP solution across a large number (50 to 500 sites) of distribution centers, sales offices, service centers, and design locations, and her expertise spans the entire SAP implementation life cycle including program management, delivery assurance, process assessments, business requirements definition, design, configuration, build, business integration testing, data conversion, organization transition management, procedure development, end-user training, and post-implementation support. Prior to joining Venetia, Christine was a Senior SAP Consulting Leader with Accenture and later Solutions Consulting.
