Launched an internal tool called the Speaker Resource Library (SRL) in February 2023. SRL is a centralized resource for AWS employees to access speaker materials. It includes checklists, documents, tutorial videos, and examples of successful presentations to help employees improve public speaking skills. Responsibilities include adding new assets, creating user journeys, developing data dashboards, analyzing product analytics, and collaborating with teams for content creation. • Product owner for internal product called the Speaker Finder Tool (SFT). Owned requirements gathering, feature documentation, roadmap prioritization, identifying pain points, specifying affected users, setting strategy and goals. Manage tool maintenance by addressing issues, releasing features, troubleshooting user problems, creating training videos, and enhancing the platform. Report analytics for top-tier events in SFT, format and analyze data, and collaborate with the dev team for production launch.
