About Christina Zausner

I am a founding partner of WhiteLabel, an advisory firm partnering with mission-driven enterprises to do the world’s most important work. We partner with for- and non-profit organizations to help execute on Big Impact Strategies through operational and business change. Building on a history of successes in strategic roles in M&A and turnarounds, I help lean organizations adapt processes and tools to help them securely execute significant change. Traditional strategic plans and project management techniques aren\'t enough for true organizational change. WhiteLabel takes a different approach: working side-by-side with you to foresee lasting transformation then co-creating it. We look at what’s working for your organization and your stakeholders - and what isn’t - and how to adapt to disruptive external forces. While WhiteLabel is sector agnostic, we have significant experience in organizations that feature new technologies, finance and entrepreneurship, the built environment, health and mental health, international relations, policy and creative communities.Before WhiteLabel, I played key roles as an executive at a trade association and a policy expert at a Big Four consultancy, portfolio manager of an international private equity firm, and at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where I often served in crisis management functions. My work spans three continents and a range of stakeholders, from governments, to global investors, to innovative nonprofits and corporations. I’ve helped assemble and lead dozens of successful coalitions, served as an organizational spokesperson in public forums and multilateral negotiations. with responsibility for briefings, blogs, and research papers. Currently, I am a Chief Operating Officer at Promly, a hybrid organization attempting to say 10 steps ahead of youth suicide with one-touch mental health tools for the US, Ukraine, and, eventually, globally. I am also the treasurer of Art Defined Productions, a nonprofit serving performing artists in the Bronx and more broadly.
