ABOUT CHRISTINA WARREN

I am a self-driven, articulate, senior level IT/IS professional and natural leader. I am an effective manager and trusted advisor to executive teams and have made it my priority to deliver business value. I have made it my business to understand the business and its domains and base my recommendations on business challenges and objectives. I see opportunities where others see problems and consistently earn the respect and trust of those I work with. I have extensive experience in all aspects of the IT project life cycle, from definition, through justification, high and low level design, execution, quality assurance, training, and implementation to post implementation review, change control, and disaster recovery planning, including familiarity with a variety of waterfall and agile project management methods and techniques. I am able to inspire and effectively manage diverse and dispersed teams. I enjoy mentoring and helping others develop to their full potential. My areas of specialization have included: programming, data and database analysis and design, business intelligence and data science, business analysis and business process engineering, enterprise architecture, project management, business systems management, IT infrastructure management, and IT/IS overall strategy, direction, management, responsibility, and accountability. I strive for excellence in all that I do.
