I mostly support the Engineering, Product and Design Teams as we scale the organization, but we\'re a start up, so I hire for any role, consult on our product, and work on projects that will ensure SO stays ahead of the TA industry. Diversity is always top of mind, and I\'m proud that not only did I help more than double engineering in 2022, but 28% were women, and I estimate that 48% were F/URM I also participated in our DEI council and lead Hispanic Heritage and Women\'s History Month events and recognition.
