ABOUT CHRISTINA SPRECHER
Christina Sprecher is a Partner and Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd, a full-service law firm with over 600 attorneys practicing in 18 offices across 9 states and Washington D.C. She leads a team of approximately 80 practitioners who handle all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing. She also serves on Frost Brown Todd\'s Compensation Committee (a peer-elected position) and has been a member of the firm\'s Finance Committee and Nominating Committee. With respect to her own practice, spanning more than 20 years, Christina has advised clients on complex and multi-faceted deals involving various project types, such as shopping center, retail, restaurant, office, data center, telecommunications, manufacturing, industrial/warehouse, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. She has represented global, national, and regional clients, including real estate investment trusts, developers, and operators, in major financial transactions, including sale/leaseback arrangements. Her mission is to provide effective and innovative solutions for her clients\' real estate projects and challenges.Christina provides “soup to nuts” solutions working with her team across practice areas important to such projects, including, but not limited to, land use and zoning, economic incentives, state and local tax, environmental, including Brownfields, and construction.Christina is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a prestigious national organization of real estate attorneys. Admission to ACREL is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. She was also named a ‘Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer\' in 2024 and 2025 as a result of being one of the three most outstanding lawyers one (or more) of her global clients worked with in the last three years as part of Thomson Reuters\' global research with senior in-house counsel. Christina was also recognized by Chambers USA for Real Estate in 2025.
