About Christina Runnels
Hey there! I\'m Christina and I am a Clinical Therapist Supervisor who works with Moms and their families to help them group through life changes. My favorite part about my work is seeing Moms release their feelings of anxiety and worry so they can enjoy the wonderful family they\'ve created! In the state of Texas I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and am Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C). Outside of the therapy room, I help companies support their families transitioning into motherhood by training and teaching ways to support them. I also provide direct support to those families through their companies. I am a teacher and trainer at heart and am passionate about the work I do.
