About Christina Robinson
Most people enter the pharmaceutical industry having studied patients from a distance. I spent 12 years working directly with them, navigating oncology access barriers at Kaiser Permanente. I learned where the system created delays and developed the process discipline to address them. That experience is not on a transcript, but it is the foundation on which everything else is built. Rotations at the FDA, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Alnylam, and Rallybio gave me exposure across clinical operations, medical strategy, medical information, and regulatory affairs. At Alnylam specifically, I gained direct TMF management experience across global decentralized sites, and my regulatory work at Rallybio and the FDA built the documentation discipline and inspection-readiness perspective that CTA roles demand. I am actively seeking Clinical Trial Associate or clinical operations roles where I can build on that foundation in a structured, mentorship-driven environment. I am early in my industry career by title, not by experience. With 12 years in oncology access, a PharmD, and rotations across five organizations, I have a strong clinical foundation and cross-functional perspective. I am ready to bring that to a focused role. I am seeking an organization where strong mentorship and high standards are part of the culture, because that is the environment where I will do my best work and grow into the kind of leader this industry needs. If you are building a team that values clinical grounding, scientific communication, and intentional growth, I\'d welcome the opportunity to connect and contribute.
