I’m a Human Capital professional with over 15 years of progressive experience. I’m passionate about creating workplace cultures where employees can bring their whole selves to work. To achieve this, I believe it’s crucial to listen to the needs of employees and design initiatives that elevate their experience and increase engagement. For the last fifteen years, I’ve had the privilege of leading many world-class Human Capital initiatives - from embedding company-wide flexibility and workplace well-being, to respected time and employee connection strategies - it’s been an honor to work with my incredible colleagues across the US and Mexico to make PwC a great place to work. In my free time, I love interior design, skiing in Colorado and spending time with my amazing kids.

   Create and scale innovative talent strategies to provide a best-in-class workplace experience- Co-launched an industry leading multi-year workplace flexibility strategy based on the results of the firm’s next generation study, the largest global generational study ever conducted- Spearheaded a comprehensive well-being strategy and co-launched a multi-year well-being journey called Be well, work well, which increased the percentage of employees incorporating well-being practices into how they work within teams- Lead the application for the Fortune 100 Best Companies list, which the firm has made for 17 consecutive years - Developed enhanced flexibility options for working parents during the COVID-19 pandemic - Lead a continuous listening program to understand employee needs and sentiment on critical people experience elements- Employ human-centered design thinking principles to improve the end-to-end employee experience
