ABOUT CHRISTINA PAOLUCCI

Christina Paolucci, CPA auditor is a strategic finance leader with deep expertise in financial analysis, business performance management, and executive decision support. Currently a Director in M&A Transaction Services at PwC, she advises C-suite executives and boards on acquisitions, divestitures, and value creation opportunities. Christina’s work spans buy-side due diligence, sell-side readiness, and strategic financial assessments, providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.She has extensive experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, and historical performance to identify key drivers of profitability and risk. Christina is known for her ability to distill complex financial data into clear, executive-level narratives that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.As part of PwC’s Data & Analytics leadership team, Christina combines financial acumen with advanced technology to enhance decision-making. She is proficient in Alteryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, and SQL Query, and has designed and led national training programs to upskill finance professionals across Canada in data-driven analysis and visualization.Christina began her career at Deloitte, auditing both large public companies and high-growth start-ups. There, she built a strong foundation in IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting, gaining an intimate understanding of the monthly close process and the link between financial data and business strategy.Christina holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, and completed her Graduate Diploma in Accounting.Beyond her professional work, Christina serves as Co-VP Finance for the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Young Leader Circle – Santé to Life, where she contributes her financial expertise to support community and philanthropic initiatives.
