Launch in-house specialty pharmacies with a comprehensive care model at premier New York City hospitals from ground up. Components include licensing and compliance, onboarding and training of clinical staff, establishing contracting with payers/PBM, and increasing access to specific limited distribution drugs (LDD) by working closely with manufacturers. • Creating strategic vision and implementation plan for managing and developing team of over one hundred consultant liaisons • Improving both patient on-boarding and retention due to innovative and comprehensive care model translating to filling 85% of eligible prescriptions. • Key innovation areas include infusion strategy, 340b compliance and optimization, collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM), poly-pharmacy reduction and telemedicine. • Identifying and coordinating new business opportunities, as well as monitor growth performance initiatives to ensure top-level subject matter expertise, best-in-class customer service and delivery of legendary care. • Influencing and overseeing C-suite relationships across prescribers and clinics to recognize opportunities and streamline processes to maximize liaisons’ consistency and continuity. • Overseeing Quality Management Committee to meet requirements and acquire full URAC and ACHC accreditation and maintain continuous compliance.
