ABOUT TINA HUBBERT

I’m a program and operations professional who focuses on helping teams turn complex ideas into structured, well-executed initiatives. Much of my work involves supporting technology implementations, digital platform launches, and cross-functional programs that bring people, systems, and strategy together.Throughout my career I’ve worked on technology initiatives, digital platform launches, and operational improvement efforts across government, nonprofit, and enterprise environments. I’ve supported system upgrades, coordinated cross-functional teams, and helped organizations move projects from concept to delivery in a way that is both structured and meaningful.Some of the experiences that have shaped my work include helping launch the STARS Digital Community platform, coordinating distributed teams across multiple states to deliver the MVP, and supporting enterprise SaaS implementations that required collaboration across teams in the U.S, Europe, and Asia. Earlier in my career, I also managed operational infrastructure and reconciled more than $2M in procurement spend while helping deliver client onboarding programs for a growing technology company.Beyond my day-to-day work, I care deeply about building stronger pathways into the tech industry. I currently serve as President of the Per Scholas Atlanta Alumni Association, where I stay connected to a national network of technologists and help support opportunities for emerging talent.Creatively, I’m also interested in storytelling and media — developing projects that explore identity, community, and cultural narratives. That perspective shapes how I approach leadership: balancing structure, execution, and empathy to ensure the work we build resonates with the people it serves.I’m currently pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute and am exploring opportunities where I can contribute to program, operations, and cross-functional initiatives within growing technology organizations.
